April 2024: MLS Innovator Network Recap & Insights

The MLS Innovator Network is an exclusive group of MLS & Association Executives who meet monthly to discuss the latest technology trends and hear pitches from two well-vetted PropTech companies. On April 10th, 2024, the Network heard pitches from two incredible PropTech companies: Relevate and Open Houses Direct.

 

Company #1: Relevate

Relevate, led by Mark Richburg, presented the new and fully redesigned Relevate SSO dashboard, helping MLSs and Associations better promote their value proposition to their members. The new Relevate SSO dashboard makes it easy for members to access more of what’s important to them while giving the MLS/AOR deep control and insights into their members and their usage of their member benefits. The Relevate SSO dashboard also allows MLS/AORs to generate additional income through beautiful advertisement widgets and enables members to choose which products they wish to use through their subscription management feature. To make it even better, an association does not even have to go through an AMS migration to get the benefit of Relevate's new SSO dashboard.
 

Company #2: Open Houses Direct

Open Houses Direct, led by Shannon Quagliata, presented how its patented open house management software is helping agents generate more qualified buyer leads and capture new listing opportunities. The Open Houses Direct platform is accessible on all devices, including tablets, and allows listing agents to promote their open houses and request help from other agents to host the event for them. The platform also serves as the guest book for the open house and allows multiple agents to check in guests wil seamlessly capturing their verified contact information. Agents can use the Open Houses Direct system to increase their business and streamline their processes.

Greg Manship: BeachesMLS launched UtilityConnect concierge service and Freemodel this month to help their members set up utilities and other services after closing a transaction as well as perform pre-listing remodels.
